I created this website because for years I struggled to lose weight, only to gain back every pound that I lost.
Then I discovered a new way of eating that helped me to reach my ideal weight and keep the excess pounds from coming back.
By following a plant-based diet, I was able to lose over 70 pounds, and now I’m happier and healthier than I’ve been since I graduated high school!

My Story
My Plant-Based Diet Success Story
I don’t remember the date, or the day of the week, but I can tell you exactly what happened that led to my weight-loss journey…
I was at my friend’s house horsing around with his kids (they’ve basically adopted me as their uncle). Anyway, while I was giving his 8-year-old a piggy back ride, a thought came into my mind that I couldn’t shake:
Man, this kid must weigh over 50 pounds! Wait, that’s about how much extra weight I’m carrying around all the time!
That was my wake-up call. The catalyst that got me going on my mission to live a happier, healthier life.
Fast-forward a couple of years, and I’m now right around 80 pounds lighter than I was on that day at my friend’s house.
I’m wearing small and medium shirts instead of large or XL shirts. I’m wearing 32-30 pants instead of 36-30’s.
Plus, I have an abundance of mental and physical energy that I haven’t felt since my late teens!
