A 30 Day Eating Challenge
Looking for a 30 day eating challenge?
Give this one a try!
I want to begin by giving you the same challenge I gave myself when I started my plant-based diet.
Here it is: For the next 30 days, I challenge you to cut out all meat and dairy products from your meals. I also challenge you to cut out sugary soft drinks and fattening desserts.
Instead, only eat foods that fall into one of these categories: fruits, vegetables, grains, nuts, and legumes. And only drink water or fruit juice. (If you’re a caffeine addict, pick up a drink mix you can add into your water that has caffeine in it).
This is how I launched my diet, and it made a huge difference in my success. I told myself, “I’ll try a plant-based diet for 30 days and see how it goes. If it’s working, I’ll stick with it. If not, at least I can say I tried.”
I ended up losing 14 pounds in 14 days!
Not a bad start, right?
Now, I can’t guarantee those results for everyone. However, I honestly believe that this diet will work for anyone who gives it an honest chance.
And, in reality, you’re not just giving the diet a chance, you’re giving yourself a chance.
- A chance to prove you can lose those unwanted pounds.
- A chance to prove you can achieve your weight-loss goal.
- A chance to prove you’re serious about wanting to live a happier, healthier life.
Don’t worry, you’re not going to be alone on this journey. I’ll be here with you every step of the way!
I’ll be here, waiting to give you the advice and insights I gained on my own journey. That way your path to diet success can be even straighter than mine was.
So, are you up to the challenge?
If so, keep an eye out for new blog posts! We’ll spend a little time on your inner game, and then we’ll dive into some tips on how you can change your eating habits, your thinking habits, and (ultimately) your life!

Now, for those of you who might be freaking out, just breathe…
If 30 days seems like a lot to ask, trust me, I understand.
I have no doubt that committing to only eating a plant-based diet for 30 straight days helped to launch me on my way to diet success.
However, I realize not everybody’s ready to completely overhaul their eating choices in one day.
Why don’t we compromise?
If you’re not feeling up to the 30 Day Challenge, but you still want to give a plant-based diet a try, start small.
Try replacing a few meals a week with plant-based alternatives and see how you feel.
If you find yourself feeling better, replace a few more meals each week.
You might want to start with your morning meals, or you may have more luck adjusting your mid-day meals. It’s much easier to stay consistent when you’re eating at home, so that’s usually the best place to start. If you cut yourself some slack when you’re out and about, I certainly won’t judge you.
The important thing is to give your plant-based diet a fair chance. From there, the results you’ll see will speak for themselves and springboard you on your way to diet success!
